The virtual world is heating up again after a celebrity from Bahrain insulted the Indonesian national song Indonesia Raya as a backsound.

This incident occurred when the Indonesian national team lost 1-2 to China at the Qingdao Youth Football Stadium, Tuesday (15/10/2024) evening WIB. The feud between Bahraini fans and the Indonesian national team began when the two teams met in the Group C phase of the 2026 World Cup Qualifiers for the Asian zone at the Bahrain National Stadium, Friday (11/10/2024).

At that time, the match ended in a 2-2 draw.  There are allegations of a conspiracy to eliminate the Indonesian national team from the 2026 World Cup. 

This happened after referee Ahmed Al Kaf added three minutes of extra time when the estimated six minutes of extra time he requested had passed.

The added time occurred when Bahrain was in a 1-2 deficit to the Indonesian National Team. But when the home team scored a goal through Mohamed Marhoon's kick, the long whistle was blown shortly after.
